NEBSA 2019 Annual Conference

What: The National EBS Association (NEBSA) is the professional association for those institutions who hold EBS (formerly ITFS) licenses. Originally named the National ITFS Association, NEBSA was established in 1978.

NEBSA is dedicated to providing the information and support licensees need to preserve and enhance the educational value of their spectrum.

Membership in NEBSA is composed of representatives from K-12, post-secondary, and other education-related nonprofit entities, many of whom have operated EBS systems for a number of years.

NEBSA provides an expanded forum for the exchange of information and advice on new technologies, new educational applications, and commercial relationships for its members. Members share information with one another and the association organizes an annual conference, typically in February, to discuss issues of importance to members.

NEBSA is a leading advocate for use of the spectrum set aside for education by the FCC and represents the interests of EBS licensees at the FCC.

What: Baicells Technologies is holding another WISPA collocated training, this time at WISPAMERICA in Cincinnati, Ohio.

We are bringing you all new topics this year while still keeping it accessible to new Baicells operators. We’ll begin our day with step-by-step Baicells installation instructions to update techs on the best installation practices and go through common pitfalls we see when installing your Baicells equipment. Then we’ll break for lunch and reconvene in the afternoon to discuss topics related to EPCs, CBRS, SAS and future product development. We’ll conclude our day with a complimentary Happy Hour to give you time to communicate with our presenters.
