Baicells: Communication is Key

Many years ago the famous American psychologist Rollo May uttered this golden quote, “Communication leads to community, that is, to understanding, intimacy and mutual valuing.” At Baicells our communications with you is a sacred trust driven by our respect of the customer. Underpinning that respect is understanding, gained over many years working with you to build this industry. As it is for you, wireless broadband is for us a vocation, not a job. We think our is important because we know what you do is important. This means you deserve honesty. You deserve candor. You deserve sustained, and effusive communication. And, you deserve active engagement, not merely simply clever and static slogans from the ad factor.

The modern era gives vendors numerous ways to engage in conversation with customers. Email. Phone. Social media. Websites. Formal means, and informal means. But everyone is different, with varying tolerances for different mediums — one size has never fit all. So, the Baicells approach is an “all the above” strategy to meet the unique need of any customer.

Like the informal, real time approach? We offer our Baicells Operators page, filled with active users and interested parties. It is a no holds barred, let the dirty laundry hang out kind of place. We only ask that you remember — to paraphrase a recent customer — that the page is like hanging out in the service bay of a car dealership, so you see less of the happy throngs merrily driving their well-working cars.

Is Facebook too intrusive or too public (even though the above is a closed group)? Baicells has created a Community Forum where people can discuss and share technical information and insights in a more, well, calm setting. We also populate the Forum with BaiTips, documents, and other useful information.

Do you prefer a more digest form? We provide a weekly update, filled with technical news, events, and anything else we think you might find noteworthy. If you opt in, it hits your inbox every Friday, without fail. You can register for this in numerous places, including our homepage.

Do you have a need for a failsafe method to make sure you are pushed vital news? Baicells is building a tool for you as I type this that will send you text alerts linked back to more detailed content. This will evolve to include messages automatically generated from our industry-leading cloud-based management architecture. We’ll debut this within a week by mid February.

Do you like chat methods? Our team can be found at WeChat, Skype and Slack. Just ask.

Of course, our entire team is at your disposal via phone, text, and email, and my direct mobile number is 972.800.1157. (Tip: It is a good idea to text first.).

Marc Benioff, the Co-Founder and CEO of salesforce.com offers this wisdom, “The future of communicating with customers rests in engaging with them through every possible channel: phone, e-mail, chat, Web, and social networks. Customers are discussing a company’s products and brand in real time. Companies need to join the conversation.” At Baicells, we welcome you to join the conversion about how we are disrupting the industry to help you bring the lifeblood of broadband to your communities, no matter which way you prefer to communicate.

Sincerely,

Patrick Leary
